FREEDOM MID COLOR

Personal Best + Collaborative Effort = Excellence For All

Freedom Middle School, home of the “Stars,” opened in 1993 and educates 7th and 8th grade students. Our school serves approximately 530 students with a capacity of 850 students. The current student-teacher ratio is 20:1. Freedom Middle’s feeder school is Freedom Intermediate School, which serves students in grades 5 and 6. The majority of Freedom Middle students will enter the 9th grade at either Centennial High or Franklin High School.

Freedom Middle is committed to continually improving our strategies to meet the needs of all students in both character and intellect in a safe and nurturing environment. It is a place where students, teachers, support staff, and administrators work diligently each day to provide an atmosphere that carries forth our mission of “Personal Best + Collaborative Effort = Excellence for All.”  We invite parents, future residents, and community members to visit us and experience the excitement of our students as they learn and grow!
